Production process
一、Automated equipment
1.Automatic battery cell feeding machine: It uses a material tray for material preparation. The mechanical hand takes out the battery cells for feeding. The mechanical hand automatically removes the empty material tray. When it is full, it can give an alarm prompt.
2.The feeding robot moves the battery cells to the feeding station, tests the cell voltage/internal resistance, shapes the tabs, detects the center distance/edge distance of the tabs, cuts the tabs, shapes them and removes burrs. The robot then takes out the qualified products and transfers them to the next station. The automatic battery cell testing and electrode cutting headphones can simultaneously cut both the positive and negative electrode tabs. The two sets of cutting knives for the positive and negative electrodes are fully insulated and disconnected, which can prevent battery short circuits.
3.Automatic battery cell protection board laser spot welding machine: Mechanical hand feeding, battery cell TAB shaping, battery cell protection board material preparation, precise positioning of protection board, automatic laser spot welding, completing precise and firm welding of battery cells and protection boards.
4.Automatic insulation folding machine: The battery cells are slowly stored on the conveyor belt. The mechanical hand grabs them, precisely positions the battery cells at the workstation, automatically adheres the insulation and completes the bending operation of the protective board. The mechanical hand grabs the battery cells and places them into the cutting buffer line.
二、Key workstations + manual re-inspection
1.Manually cut the polar ears
Use a TAB cutting machine to cut the tabs of the battery cells to the standard size.
2.Manually apply insulating glue to the battery cells
Using an insulating adhesive machine, the insulating adhesive for the battery cells is precisely applied to the cross-sections of the positive and negative electrodes of the battery cells, ensuring a complete seal on the contact surfaces.
3.Manual laser spot welding
The protective board and the battery cell tabs are precisely and firmly welded using a laser spot welding machine. The welding points are regular and consistent, with a welding time of approximately 0.5 seconds. The
temperature control is good to prevent the tabs from being burned.
4.The manual protective board is bent
Manually perform standardized bending and pressing operations on the battery protection board of the mobile phone to ensure that the wiring of the protection board adheres closely to the mobile phone.
5.Artificial stent fitting
Put a protective bracket on the mobile phone battery, initially encapsulate it and prevent it from being squeezed and deformed.
6.Manually affix the head label
Attach the battery pack header label to complete the packaging of the mobile phone battery. It is also equipped with a semi-automatic Baotou labeling machine, which can enhance production efficiency and product consistency.
7.Finished product testing
Connect the finished battery to the test system and read information such as the battery model, temperature, voltage, capacity, current, cycle times, battery efficiency, and serial number. Check whether the test information meets the standards and whether the product information matches accurately. All mobile phone batteries undergo 100% finished product testing. Only those that successfully pass the test can be qualified for leaving the factory.
8.Apply the battery protection film manually
Apply a protective film to the mobile phone battery to prevent moisture and dust. In actual installation, the adhesive backing formed by peeling off the protective film can effectively fix the mobile phone battery in the battery compartment.
9.Protective cover for human workwear ribbon cables
A protective cover for the mobile phone battery ribbon cable interface is provided. It is made of soft rubber and can prevent oxidation and contamination of the ribbon cable interface, thereby enhancing the reliability of the mobile phone battery.
10.Manual packaging into boxes
The mobile phone battery and complete accessories are manually placed into the vacuum-formed inner tray, packaged into a box, with anti-counterfeiting labels affixed, and then left the factory after plastic coating
